I can’t wait to join you all for Lodge Fest at Palouse Divide on August 22-23. I’m offering four yoga sessions throughout the festival. Everyone is welcome to come and participate at their own pace. See below for details about each class.
Lodge Fest Yoga Sessions

Open your heart and energize
Saturday, 2:30-3:30pm
Energizing breathwork, a feel-good flow full of heart-openers, and some time to relax and gather your senses. A perfect way to prepare your mind and body for a fun day at Lodge Fest! Bring your yoga mat and water. Optional: blocks, strap, towel.

Sunrise Flow
Sunday, 8:00-9:00am
Greet the day with an invigorating flow practice that will include dynamic stretching to have you ready for the day’s activities. Bring your yoga mat and water. Optional: blocks, strap, towel.

Yoga nidra
Saturday, 9:30-10:00pm
Guided deep meditation to prepare you for a great night’s sleep at the Divide. No special attire required. Bring a mat or towel to lie on, and anything you’d like to stay comfortable and warm. You may want a blanket or sleeping bag and a pillow or bolster.

Post-run/ride
Sunday, 11:30am-12:15pm
Safe stretching and mobility work focusing on problem areas for lovers of endurance sports. A slow and steady progression of dynamic and static exercises. Bring your yoga mat and water. Optional: blocks, strap, towel.
