Where nature meets nurture
Enjoy the sounds of nature and the peaceful surroundings of PCEI during an all-levels yoga class. Classes are designed to make you feel good inside and out. Expect a balanced blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation.
Several instructors will rotate teaching this class, each bringing their own style and perspective to the practice.
Taking time to slow down and connect with yourself and your community (and then heading to the Farmer’s Market!) is a perfect way to start your weekend.
This class is donation-based and all donations go to PCEI. Cash, check, Venmo, and credit card accepted.
There is no class on July 4 or September 5. Classes may be canceled due to yucky weather or smoke. Please check our current offerings calendar or sign up for my emails to receive weekly class reminders and notice of cancelations.
Meet your teachers

Erin Mack
Hi, I’m Erin! You can check out this page for more information about me. I am excited to bring another season of summer yoga to PCEI.

Sarah Bergdahl
Sarah has lived in Moscow for eight years and appreciates the vibrant community on the Palouse. She has practiced yoga for about twenty years and earned her RYT200 yoga certification shortly after moving to Idaho. She teaches yoga in various places and especially loves teaching yoga to those in educational communities, because that is where she started as a high school English teacher. Her passion for interoception (inner noticing) and the nervous system drives much of her yoga teaching, and her teacher-brain inspires her yoga instruction.
