Hi, I’m Erin.

More about me

I have lived in Moscow since 2019 and love my life here. I received my RYT200 certification in 2025, though yoga has been an important part of my life for almost 20 years. I have practiced with many inspiring teachers and have explored the wide spectrum of yoga styles.  I am an eternal student and am constantly searching for ways to expand and evolve my own understanding and practice.

My current practice and teaching style is rooted primarily in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara yoga. I like to integrate creative flows and elements of yogic philosophy into my classes.

As a biomedical scientist, I value a scientific approach to the study and practice of yoga, and am sure to research information before sharing with my students. I love to explore the ways that modern physical sciences resonate with ancient yogic philosophy and traditional medicine.

Besides yoga, I enjoy (in no particular order): riding my bicycle, reading, cooking, backpacking/hiking/camping, foraging, cross-country skiing, trying to downhill ski, and cats.
